Trends of primary school teachers towards the new educational ladder

In light of the feminization of primary school in Kuwait

The study aimed to identify the trends of primary school teachers towards the new educational ladder in light of the decision of the feminization of the primary stage in the State of Kuwait through the knowledge of the views of the teachers in general and to identify differences in their views towards the new educational ladder according to the following variables (age, School district, student sex). The study sample consisted of primary school teachers all in Kuwait. A random sample of 650 teachers was distributed to the six educational districts in Kuwait. A questionnaire was prepared by the researchers on the teachers aiming to identify their attitudes towards the new educational ladder in light of the feminization of the elementary stage in Kuwait.
